Share my rehearsal space

We’ve been sharing our practice space with our good buddies The Postelles, but as they are off doing their thing, hustling hard, we find we need another group/band/yodeller/sitarist/etc to share our lovely space on west 25th street with. The rent is $800 a month and includes 24/7 access and privacy, heat, and bathroom. There is an in-house PA system and speakers but you’d probably have to bring any other equipment. You can be loud, smoking is ok and the place was where Interpol got their start, so come share it with me.
